Wholesale Coffee Machine provides high-quality bean-to-cup coffee machines with flexible finance options, including leasing, renting, and outright purchase. Although they had a strong online presence, they wanted a more effective way to generate new business and test whether telemarketing could drive growth. They approached Inspired B2B Marketing to support a pilot campaign aimed at reaching small businesses in the motor services, leisure, and retail sectors around Birmingham.

Inspired B2B Marketing ran a 30-day telemarketing pilot focused on securing face-to-face appointments and live demonstrations of the machines. In a 20-day period, the campaign generated 29 leads, with all but two becoming appointments, and 22 leads converted into closed sales.
