The customer’s new Sales Director felt previous marketing efforts had poor return on investment and, given the long sales cycle of two years or more, wanted a more effective approach. Inspired B2B Marketing was brought in to support a 6-month telemarketing programme focused on appointment setting, trade show delegate generation, and maintenance outreach.
Inspired B2B Marketing used a mix of the client’s prospect data and sourced lists to run campaigns across EMEA and the UK. The results included 31 delegates secured for a Singapore trade show, 11 face-to-face meetings at the event, 15 new business appointments in the UK against a target of 10, and 9 maintenance appointments for legacy equipment. The vendor also created a strong ongoing pipeline of prospects to nurture in future months.
