Inspire Digital Agency developed a custom-built, mobile-optimized system that allows engineers to update jobs with notes and photos and enables office staff to assign jobs and run reports. The solution seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks for automated invoicing. The system now supports approximately 100 daily users, saving hours of work and streamlining operations. The results were so positive that R.W. Bell has commissioned Inspire to create a second system for another part of their business.
