Panduit Implements Oracle Transportation Management Cloud using Inspirage’s Rapid Value Framework

Panduit, a global provider of networking and electrical solutions, needed a more effective way to manage transportation across its expanding supply chain. As it grew through organic expansion and acquisitions, the company struggled with manual global transportation management, limited shipment visibility, minimal consolidation, slow freight settlement, and a lack of freight analytics. Panduit worked with Inspirage and Oracle Transportation Management Cloud to address these challenges.

Inspirage implemented Oracle Transportation Management Cloud using its Rapid Value Framework, deploying Transportation Management, Operational Planning, Freight Payment, Transportation Intelligence, and shipment planning/execution/visibility capabilities. The rollout began at one location about five months after design completion and expanded globally, delivering benefits such as consolidated outbound shipments, end-to-end in-transit visibility, automated freight settlement, logistics dashboards, and identified cost savings opportunities that helped reduce freight spend.
