National Instruments Achieves Dodd-Frank Compliance with Inspirage Conflict Mineral Solution

National Instruments (NI) needed a cost-effective way to meet upcoming Dodd-Frank conflict mineral reporting requirements while managing thousands of supplier data submissions. Already using Oracle Agile PLM, NI looked for a straightforward solution and partnered with Inspirage, leveraging the Inspirage Conflict Minerals Solution to streamline compliance and reporting.

Inspirage implemented the solution on Oracle Agile PLM in about two weeks, followed by two months of testing. As a result, National Instruments streamlined its reporting process, could quickly distinguish compliant from non-compliant data, gained visibility into its recycling take-back program, and improved documentation and overall understanding of the process—helping NI become Dodd-Frank compliant and better realize its investment in Agile.
