An End-to-End ERP and Logistics Solution Built on the Oracle Cloud

Biforst Logistics, a growing supply chain solutions provider, needed a standard ERP and warehouse management platform to support a new retail supply network and meet a client mandate before operations began. The company turned to Inspirage and Oracle Cloud products, including Oracle Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Oracle WMS, with only four weeks to deploy an end-to-end solution across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, and record-to-report processes.

Inspirage implemented a rapid cloud ERP rollout using its Cloud Center of Excellence resources and Rapid Value methodology, combining standard process flows, incremental delivery, and close executive and SME engagement. As a result, Biforst went live with four cloud applications in 33 days, had a fully integrated ERP cloud supporting 44 stores, met its customer IT deadline, trained key users for expansion, and established the foundation for the next phase of WMS deployment.
