Outsourcing HR helps logistics company support growth

Boa Logistics, a global forwarding company co-founded in 2009 by Matthew Mugar and Walter Lopes, hit the Inc. 5000 in 2014 and set a goal to repeat that growth—but lacked HR expertise to scale.
