Public Works and Government Services Canada delivers 400 exams with Inspera

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) needed a digital solution to conduct pre-employment assessments remotely after relying on in-person, pen-and-paper exams. The government organization turned to vendor Inspera and its Inspera Assessment platform to provide the necessary flexibility for planning, exam creation, delivery, and collaborative grading.

By implementing Inspera Assessment, PWGSC successfully delivered approximately 400 exams remotely by the end of 2021. Feedback from both candidates and internal staff was positive, citing the platform's ease of use and straightforward interface. As a result of this successful experience, PWGSC plans to continue using Inspera's solutions in the future and will adopt more of its advanced features.
