PedalSure, a Lloyd’s Coverholder offering bike insurance, needed to expand operations through a distributor selling via a co‑branded website and call center. To support seamless handoffs between web and call center sales and ensure precise, consistent data and policy generation, PedalSure turned to Insly’s cloud‑based insurance platform.
