Alta Signa, a fast-growing specialist MGA serving Continental Europe through an in-person underwriting network, needed a more sophisticated technology platform to improve speed to market, build process efficiency, and support growth across seven countries. The company wanted a full-cycle insurance system with strong automation, flexible configuration, better pricing and underwriting tools, robust document handling, and stronger reporting. Alta Signa chose Insly to replace its proprietary cloud-based system and better support its MGA operations.

Insly implemented a platform tailored to Alta Signa’s requirements, including underwriting, rating, document creation, claims handling, accounting/reporting integration, and improved data management. The result was a significant reduction in manual work and rekeying, faster underwriting and quote generation, more efficient claims processing, and better document searchability as a single source of truth. Insly also helped Alta Signa complete migration in about eight hours with no major issues, enabling a smooth rollout and quicker launch of new products.
