Van Hessen, a global food and beverage company operating in more than 26 countries, was struggling to keep up with rapidly growing reporting demands after its expansion and merger with Saria Group. As a result, its IT team was spending up to 10% of its resources handling finance and accounting queries, while the finance team still depended on IT to create and edit reports in their Oracle JD Edwards ERP environment.
