Thomas Wellness Group, a Madrid-based wellness and fitness design and implementation company, was working to support digital transformation after consolidating operations and moving to a new location. The business was struggling with growing complexity and manual processes that consumed staff time, and after challenges with two previous ERP systems it selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with insightsoftware’s Jet Reports as the reporting and analytics solution.

With help from Triangle, insightsoftware implemented Jet Reports to automate internal processes, customer delivery notes, and supplier reporting while creating a centralized library of reports for finance, operations, sales, and management. The results included increased productivity, elimination of many manual communications, and improved self-service reporting; Thomas Wellness Group estimates it saves at least 3,500 Euros per year and about 15 hours per month in operations.
