The Rathgeber Group, a third‑generation family‑run European manufacturer of custom labelling solutions, needed better ownership of their data and a more responsive BI tool. Although they had used Jet Reports with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, their previous front-end analytics were slow, expensive to change (requiring external partners), and unreliable for regular updates—so they turned to insightsoftware and its Jet Analytics product.

Implemented with support from partner Business Systemhaus AG, insightsoftware’s Jet Analytics let The Rathgeber Group build and administer their own cubes within days, enabling hourly updates with cube refreshes of about 7–8 minutes. The result was broader Power BI adoption across four companies, reduced external consulting and licensing costs, faster decision‑making with reports used directly in meetings, and clear in‑house ownership and control of reporting.
