Primonial, an independent leader in asset management, needed to insource its statutory consolidation and establish a trustworthy audit trail after a group restructuring. To address this, insightsoftware implemented the Conso & Report consolidation and reporting solution (deployed with Viareport), replacing external accounting firms and centralizing consolidation control.

insightsoftware provided the Conso & Report tool, user training, and support to import historical data so Primonial could take consolidation in-house. As a result, Primonial now consolidates 29 entities (including nine overseas), grew internal consolidation users from two to five, gained a reliable, detailed audit trail, faster access to information, and streamlined reporting for auditors—achieving independence from external firms.
