Parmaco is a company focused on creating inspiring and supportive learning environments by acquiring and developing schools and kindergartens. As its finance team began IFRS reporting in 2019, it struggled with labor-intensive consolidation work spread across multiple Excel sheets and needed a more efficient, reliable way to handle both internal and external accounting. Parmaco chose insightsoftware’s Clausion Consolidation to address these challenges.

With insightsoftware’s Clausion Consolidation, Parmaco automated much of its financial consolidation process, including internal item eliminations, and gained a single system with full visibility from group-level data down to individual company transactions. The solution improved speed, reliability, and transparency, reduced manual work during closing, and allowed Parmaco to make adjustments independently without relying as heavily on consultants. Parmaco has also expanded use of Clausion into budgeting and rolling forecasting, with plans to connect the data to Power BI for visualization.
