Novartis, a leading global healthcare company with more than 100,000 employees and over 30,000 Qlik users, needed to improve user adoption by delivering a stronger analytics user experience. Working with insightsoftware’s Vizlib product, the company focused on balancing customization, design, and performance across its Qlik Sense environment.
Insightsoftware implemented Vizlib value-added products to extend Qlik Sense, including Vizlib KPI Designer and Vizlib Self-Service. This gave Novartis teams more flexible, visually impactful dashboards and enabled about 1,000 self-service business users to create reports without technical support. Novartis estimates that 60–70% of its roughly 1,500 monthly apps include Vizlib content, and more than 15,000 users consume apps containing a Vizlib solution.
