Nexity, France’s leading integrated real estate group (turnover €3.5 billion), needed an easy-to-deploy, user-friendly solution to comply with IFRS 16 for early adoption in January 2019 and to centralize lease contracts across its subsidiaries. After benchmarking options, Nexity chose insightsoftware’s cloud SaaS LEASE solution to meet the new standard and simplify lease contract management.

insightsoftware implemented LEASE starting September 2017, centralizing contract data, supporting bulk imports and simulations, and enabling automatic export to SAP Financial Consolidation. The deployment allowed Nexity to process up to 15,000 contracts, operate with roughly 30 users, run IFRS16 impact calculations for published accounts, and substantially reduce manual data entry and operational complexity while requiring minimal end‑user training.
