Modernising their Qlik analytics with Vizlib’s UX and customisation

Phoenix LV, a logistics company transporting medical materials and medicines, needed to move away from Excel and PowerPoint-based reporting to a more modern analytics approach. Using Qlik Sense for finance and operational analysis, they struggled with native visualisations that were not flexible enough for P&L reporting, especially when users needed specific colours and a more familiar, end-user-friendly experience.

To address this, Phoenix LV added Vizlib Library and Vizlib Pivot Table from insightsoftware to enhance their Qlik analytics. The solution made reports easier to build and use, improved the look and usability of dashboards with features like Viztips, and helped increase user adoption by making analytics feel more familiar than standard Qlik Sense. Phoenix LV also plans to expand into Vizlib Table, Scatter Chart, and Self-Service to further improve reporting and data literacy.
