Fonden Mariehjemmene, a Copenhagen nonprofit that runs 20 care and nursing homes, struggled with outdated, paper‑heavy processes and inconsistent accounting across its Dynamics NAV system—monthly reports were built manually in Excel, visibility into profitability was poor, and month‑end work consumed staff time.
