Logistics Multinational Cuts Reporting Time Spend by More Than Half with Atlas

Yusen Logistics, a global transportation company, faced slow, manual multi-step reporting, difficulty accessing applicable data, and heavy reliance on IT to create or edit reports. To address these challenges they evaluated several BI and Excel add-in options and chose insightsoftware’s Atlas to work with their Dynamics AX environment.

insightsoftware’s Atlas was implemented as a supplemental reporting tool (used alongside QlikView and not as a replacement for Management Reporter) to extend reporting beyond the GL to inventory and payables/receivables. The deployment freed more than 50% of the organization’s IT support and cut over 60% from the prior reporting process, making Atlas a critical part of Yusen Logistics’ ERP reporting.
