JUB Group, a Slovenian manufacturing company with 14 subsidiaries and operations in more than 30 markets, struggled with slow, manual planning and reporting processes spread across Excel, a sales app, and SAP. The company turned to insightsoftware partner Result and its Bizview product to replace fragmented tools and reduce the complexity and errors in budgeting, forecasting, and planning.

Result implemented Bizview with a supporting data warehouse and replaced JUB’s legacy BI system with Qlik Sense. The new setup added flexible workflows, collaboration features, and custom cell-level calculations, helping JUB cut its planning cycle from more than two months to one month, move from one annual cycle to twice-yearly forecasts, and more easily integrate newly acquired business units into existing processes.
