JBS ramps up Qlik Sense user adoption with Vizlib

JBS, a global food company, was transitioning from QlikView to Qlik Sense and needed to preserve the front-end functionality and high user adoption its teams were used to. The company also wanted to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes across plants, procurement, labour reporting, and forecasting. insightsoftware’s Vizlib products were introduced to help extend Qlik Sense with more powerful dashboarding and writeback capabilities.

Using insightsoftware’s Vizlib Writeback, Vizlib Library, Vizlib Finance, Vizlib Custom Report, and Vizlib Self Service, JBS built custom apps that reduced Excel dependency, improved visibility, and enabled faster, more agile decision-making. The results were significant: over 40 hours per week saved in labour reporting, a procurement process reduced from two weeks across seven people to one day, nearly 20GB of file storage saved each year, and exponential growth in Qlik Sense adoption across the business.
