Citycounty Insurance Services, a governmental insurer serving Oregon city and county members, faced a cumbersome reporting environment where Crystal Reports and Excel couldn’t provide flexible, automated, and easy-to-use access to claims, underwriting, and benefits data for users with varying technical skill. To modernize reporting and enable both push-based and self-service analysis, CIS selected insightsoftware’s Logi Info (Logi Analytics) to replace their legacy tools.

insightsoftware implemented Logi Info across internal and external applications so trustees, claims adjusters, analysts, and non-technical members can run automated monthly and quarterly reports, perform ad hoc analysis, and interact with dashboards without heavy training. The Logi solution eliminated many one-off reports, saved staff time by removing manual report monitoring, enabled a cost-effective benefits data warehouse alternative, and improved adoption by embedding analytics seamlessly into CIS workflows. insightsoftware’s Logi is now being expanded within CIS for self-service reporting and broader dashboarding.
