Bedding Manufacturer Avoids Errors with the use of Atlas

Tempur Sealy, a global bedding manufacturer, faced manual, multi-step reporting processes and the challenge of combining GL and non‑GL data from multiple ERP and relational database sources—issues that led to reporting errors like incorrectly allocated funds and duplicate invoices. To solve this, Tempur Sealy selected insightsoftware’s Atlas to work with its Dynamics AX environment.

insightsoftware implemented Atlas to centralize and streamline report creation, enable self-service reporting and Excel uploads, and add data validation. As a result, Tempur Sealy improved data accuracy, identified misallocated funds and duplicate invoices, sped month-end close and budgeting, and saved 100–200 hours annually on reporting plus 50–100 hours on data migration/upload.
