XTRA Lease (Xtra Lease LLC), an automobile rental company running Dynamics AX, faced slow, manual reporting: difficulty accessing applicable data, rekeying Dynamics data into spreadsheets, no real-time information, heavy reliance on IT, and limitations with Management Reporter and Excel add-ins.
