A single repository of data users across dozens of markets can report on

Aramark Uniform Services, a division of Aramark, needed to modernize reporting as part of a broader IT transformation after being tied to multiple legacy systems. With data spread across many databases and prior reporting often done by exporting to Excel, the company wanted a unified reporting foundation to support business users across its rental and direct sales businesses. Aramark Uniform Services selected insightsoftware’s Angles for Oracle to help support this effort.

insightsoftware implemented a packaged analytics data warehouse approach with Angles for Oracle, integrating first with Oracle E-Business Suite to create a single repository of data for reporting. The solution was designed to expand into CRM and route accounting data, enabling market centers to access region-specific P&L, GL, balance sheet, fixed assets, inventory, and more. The initial rollout served about 150 end users, with 300 to 500 more expected once route accounting data was added, for a total of roughly 600 users benefiting from improved reporting across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
