Technip boosts HSE ranking from 10th to 1st with Insights

TechnipFMC, a leading technology provider to the energy industries, partnered with vendor Insights to achieve its vision of becoming the top reference company globally for health and safety. The objective was to empower employees to adopt a safety-first approach by improving communication and decision-making skills across the organization.

Insights implemented its Insights Discovery product into TechnipFMC's health and safety programme, initially for leaders and then extended to every level of the organization. This solution had a significant measurable impact: 75% of employees experienced Insights, and the company rose from tenth to first place in the health, safety, and environment (HSE) rankings of Transmar's international survey.
