The Global Presence Alliance (GPA) is a consortium founded in 2008 of 28 member companies that employ more than 5,000 technology professionals across 50+ countries. GPA’s mission is to remove barriers to working with global teams, but its ad hoc referral processes and reliance on spreadsheets made it difficult to track referral opportunities, member engagement, and project delivery consistently.
GPA implemented Insightly as a flexible, easy-to-use CRM that avoided duplicate systems while enabling workflows between member organizations. Insightly formalized a 10-stage opportunity process, provides comprehensive project snapshots, automates stage-specific responsibilities, and integrates with Power BI for executive reporting — helping GPA deliver clearer visibility and greater value to members, customers, and internal stakeholders.
