SOSMobile’s Role in Helping One Small New England Electric Utility Achieve More With Less

Groton Electric Light Department, a small New England utility in Groton, Massachusetts, needed a better way to replace spreadsheets and paper-based field processes as it worked to maintain high reliability, low rates, and strong customer service with a lean team.
