Utility Company, a natural gas provider serving more than 700,000 customers in the U.S., needed help quickly responding to an abrupt TSA Security Directive after a major outage. In addition to the original infrastructure assessment, the utility faced an overwhelming set of 11 in-house workstreams, critical partner dependencies, and extremely tight deadlines that it could not manage alone.
