Global Packaging Company, a long-time global provider of fulfillment and packaging solutions, needed to strengthen security while reducing costs after major IT and security team turnover. With a smaller internal staff and rising SIEM expenses, the company wanted better visibility across its infrastructure and cloud environment, fewer alerts, and a more scalable way to manage security. Insight helped the company evaluate its existing environment and plan a move to Microsoft Sentinel and managed services.

Insight implemented Microsoft Sentinel, migrated custom SIEM rules, and cut the client over to Insight’s Cloud Solution Provider program and Managed Security Services. The solution reduced log data ingestion, cut security alerts and remediation work for the internal team, and improved visibility, control, and scalability. Insight also helped deliver ongoing cloud cost savings, enabling Global Packaging Company to meet both near- and long-term cost targets.
