The Largest Emergency Services Provider partnered with Insight to modernize its legacy Oracle-based data environment after struggling with bandwidth, performance, and reporting limitations across hundreds of millions of records. The organization needed a cloud-based platform that could unify emergency calls, responder data, and GPS-tracked equipment for both real-time and long-term reporting.
