Equifax saves more than 1 hour per day for nearly all 1,500 employees with Insight

Equifax, a global credit bureau, needed to enhance productivity and collaboration across its global teams within a highly secure, cloud-native environment. The company's challenge was to find a generative AI solution that would meet its stringent security requirements while integrating seamlessly with its existing infrastructure. Partnering with vendor Insight and using Google Workspace's Gemini, Equifax sought to safely deploy AI to empower its employees.

Insight implemented a six-month trial of Gemini for over 1,500 employees, providing custom training agendas and demos to showcase the tool's integration and use cases. The solution, which inherited Equifax's existing security settings, successfully kept all data secure within the company's tenant. The results were significant: 97% of trial users requested to keep their licenses, 90% reported an increase in work quality and quantity, and nearly all participants saved over an hour per day. Due to this success, Insight is now helping Equifax roll out Gemini to its entire workforce of nearly 22,000 people.
