Insight built a mobile concierge app leveraging Microsoft Azure, including Cognitive Services and Bot Services, with a natural language chatbot, surgery updates, parking support, wayfinding, and child entertainment features. The first version launched in just 13 weeks, gained more than 1,000 users in three weeks, and helped reduce family stress while improving the overall patient and family experience.
