Arizona School District needed a fast, cost-effective way to support remote learning for students across six high schools and additional learning centers. After initially choosing devices based mainly on price, district leaders shifted to a value-focused strategy in May 2021 and turned to Insight to help procure Microsoft low-cost devices for students and teachers while meeting a tight funding deadline.

Insight procured and provisioned 7,900 Microsoft devices within six weeks, using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, including Autopilot Pre-Provisioning (White Glove), custom asset tagging, and site-based group assignment. The result was a smoother pickup and setup process, immediate out-of-the-box usability for students and staff, and reduced IT workload through more modern device management.
