The results were rapid growth and measurable impact: agents increased leads from about 200 to 400 in the first month and now generate roughly 800 leads per month, the brokerage grew from 60 to 150 agents in 18 months, and a 70/30 lead split model created an additional revenue stream that helped fund the platform.
