Cleanly is a laundry and dry-cleaning service app that wanted to boost paid social performance and brand awareness through user-generated content. Although the company had already seen success with influencer content, it needed a way to scale that approach, simplify ad management, and create high-reach, clickable, trackable ads. Cleanly worked with Insense to source creator content and support its social-native marketing efforts.
Using Insense, Cleanly found high-quality creators to produce UGC and then ran that content as whitelisted ads through direct integration with Facebook Ads Manager. The campaign delivered strong measurable gains, including a 2.1x higher CTR, a 1.86x lower CPC, and a 2.3x lower CPM versus similar traditional campaigns.
