The Standish, a landmark former hotel turned luxury apartment building in Brooklyn Heights, needed a digital presence to support brokers and achieve full tenant occupancy after renovation. inSegment was hired to design and develop The Standish’s first website, establish its online brand in a crowded real estate market, architect conversion-focused user paths, and capture and nurture leads.
inSegment conducted an in-depth analysis and built a conversion-oriented, SEO-optimized website offering multiple engagement options (broker contact, Q&A, mailing list, etc.), ensuring visitors would leave contact information. The site became a lead-generating platform and, four years after launch, remains the primary source of prospective tenants for The Standish, directly driving the building’s tenant acquisition.
