Rockland Trust, a $4.7 billion full-service community bank established in 1907, faced the challenge of increasing online visibility, supporting seasonal marketing, and driving enrollment in its free checking accounts while competing with local and national banks. Rockland Trust partnered with inSegment to deploy Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) campaigns, and conversion‑oriented microsites, with the aim of integrating inSegment’s Conversion Architecture™ without a full site redesign.

inSegment built conversion-focused microsites (including one for the spring “Freeness” campaign), launched geo-targeted PPC ads to reach users near Rockland Trust branches, and executed a local-keyword SEO campaign.
