Carroll Center For The Blind, a nationally recognized vision rehabilitation center near Boston, needed to drive awareness, registrations and fundraising for its 2020 Walk For INDEPENDENCE. The organization contracted inSegment to overhaul organic and paid strategy and to develop a streamlined event landing page; services included paid search, social ads/paid social, website development and SEO, all on a limited advertising budget.
inSegment delivered an information-rich, user-friendly landing page with clear CTAs, optimized local SEO and hyper-targeted paid search and social campaigns. After pivoting the event to virtual due to COVID-19, inSegment updated the site and ad copy to target virtual/volunteer queries; the three-week campaign achieved a 10% conversion rate (112 conversions), $22 CPL across Google and Facebook, and exceeded the $130,000 donation target.
