The PSC Group, a 3,500-person industrial services company, faced a strict deadline to become independent from its parent company by migrating off its Oracle Financials and Project Accounting systems. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Inscio to implement a new ERP platform.
Inscio implemented NetSuite, building a custom solution that handled PSC's complex, contract-driven project, time, and billing model. The project was completed in under nine months, successfully closing over 400 gap items and integrating over 100 sites. The new foundation was so robust that Inscio later extended it to support PSC's additional railcar repair and recycling manufacturing business lines without a rebuild.
