MortgageFlex Systems, Inc., a mortgage lending technology provider with more than 25 years of experience, needed to overcome the industry’s fragmented, hard-to-manage, and costly application environment. To keep LoanQuest .NET highly adaptable while reducing maintenance, administration, and user errors, MortgageFlex turned to InRule and its LoanQuest .NET lending product suite, built on Microsoft .NET technologies.

InRule embedded its Business Rule Management System (BRMS) into MortgageFlex’s LoanQuest .NET platform to add dynamic decisioning, workflow-based compliance, and easy customization. The result was a more flexible lending system with built-in audit trails and the ability for lenders and servicers to add features without third-party customization. MortgageFlex said the joint prototyping and testing met expectations, and InRule reports that 93% of customers would recommend it and that it saves customers an average of $869,696.
