Wehkamp innovates with next generation digital solutions

Wehkamp, a Dutch retailer operating one of the largest online department stores in the Netherlands with 180,000 products from 1,800 brands, struggled to keep product information current because data was siloed across multiple systems and departments. To solve this, Wehkamp selected Inriver and deployed Inriver PIM to centralize product content and improve cross‑departmental access.

Inriver implemented a centralized PIM integrated with XSARUS Digital Commerce, a supplier onboarding solution, and external data pools to enrich master data. As a result, Wehkamp sped time-to-market, produced better catalog segmentations, increased employee efficiency, and reduced barriers between marketing, sales, IT and commerce—streamlining product workflows and delivering more consistent product stories across channels.
