Saputo, a global dairy processing company, needed a way to support its omnichannel strategy by unifying product data across regions and thousands of SKUs. The company chose Inriver and its PIM platform to create a consistent, scalable product data model across North and South America.
Inriver implemented a multi-tenant SaaS PIM that standardized more than 200 product attributes and centralized over 11,000 SKUs. As a result, Saputo now delivers accurate, channel-ready product content across commerce channels and has built a foundation for digital shelf analytics and ongoing optimization, helping improve speed, consistency, and scale.
