Sunware, a Dutch supplier of plastic household and storage products, faced a growing challenge as product information—ERP data, price lists, Excel files and PDFs—multiplied across more countries and SKUs. Daily creation of quotes and price lists from fixed templates was manual, error-prone and time-consuming, so Sunware selected Inriver’s PIM solution to centralize and automate product information management and template exports.

Inriver, implemented with deployment partner XSARUS, imported 3,628 products (plus images and loose Excel/document data), added EAN search, enabled automated template exports to Excel/PDF, multilingual management (4 languages) and task-driven data quality workflows in a three-month project for 20 users. The result was a single source of truth, large time savings in compiling price lists and quotes, fewer errors, easier reuse of marketing content across SKUs and improved translation and cross-/up-sell capabilities — a clear efficiency win driven by Inriver.
