Sacha is a European shoe retailer with more than 75 stores and a global e-commerce platform operating in five markets. As it expanded, inconsistent product information requirements across channels (Wehkamp, La Redoute, Amazon) and manual collation meant it could take months to go live in a new market, so Sacha turned to Inriver and its PIM to boost agility and streamline product information management.

Working with partner XSARUS, Sacha implemented the Inriver PIM in just two months; the platform now centralises product and marketing content across purchasing, logistics and service, ties inventory, price and product systems to all sales channels, and automatically exports and formats channel-specific data and images. The result is faster time-to-market, simpler scaling and improved customer experience — with a projected saving of one full-time equivalent in online marketplace management.
