Plannja AB, a Scandinavian maker of thin steel sheet roofing and façade products, faced the challenge of delivering accurate, localized product information to both resellers and end customers across multiple channels and languages. To solve this, Plannja implemented inRiver PIM as their central product information platform to manage and publish product data consistently.
inRiver was integrated with Plannja’s ERP to pull, enrich and distribute product data to web, e-channels and printed materials, giving Plannja a single repository with a user-friendly interface. The inRiver solution enabled easy multi-channel management of about 10,000 SKUs, multi-language support, fewer information discrepancies and spelling errors, and efficient export to Excel and printed price lists—providing full control over product information and a standardized, future-proof platform.
