Lecot-Raedschelders Builds a Digital Presence with inRiver

Lecot-Raedschelders, a Benelux distributor of hardware, fasteners, building fittings, tools and PPE, faced a fragmented digital setup with thousands of unmanaged files and no consistent product data structure. To become a digital player and streamline complex B2B/product catalogs, the company selected inRiver Product Information Management (PIM) to centralize data, improve usability, and enable integrations across their tech stack.

inRiver PIM was rolled out to import and harmonize ERP, logistics and supplier data, connect to a photo studio/WMS workflow and allow simultaneous team edits. The implementation automated 10,000–15,000 product images, cut time-to-market from 4–5 weeks to as little as one day, improved picking/logistics and sales enablement for 75 field reps, and provided a single source of product information feeding their Magento Enterprise storefront.
