Key Cuts Time to Load Product Content by Half Using Inriver PIM

Key, part of the Manutan Group, supplies industrial, commercial and office equipment and manages 22,000 SKUs across 24 product categories. The company struggled with a clumsy legacy content management system that couldn’t handle mass updates, multi‑classification or modern omnichannel web needs, so Key selected inRiver’s Product Information Management (PIM) platform.

inRiver implemented its PIM, trained Key’s team and provided hands‑on support, enabling flexible web‑ready exports, multi‑classification, product replacement mapping and better SEO workflows. As a result, Key halved the time to upload mass updates and to load product content, cut SEO task time from a couple of hours to about 30 minutes, and achieved faster, more accurate and consistent product data across the site.
