Samsøe Samsøe, the global Danish fashion brand, needed to accelerate a digital transformation to support international e‑commerce and break down internal data silos. Their webshop content and product data weren’t meeting the standards required for a great digital customer experience, so they selected Inriver and its Inriver PIM to centralize and manage product information across languages and markets.
Inriver implemented a PIM-based middleware between Samsøe Samsøe’s ERP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, using a standard connector to automate catalog updates. Inriver’s workflows speed enrichment (for example, applying a search attribute to hundreds of products with one click), enable measurement of product readiness (reaching 100% enriched before launch), and support multiple languages (English, German, French, Swedish), resulting in faster processes, reliable deadlines, and a scalable foundation for future growth.
